岩絵具の質感にベビーパウダーの儚い白の風合いを生かした画面、的確な描写で花の「生と死」をストイックに見つめ制作する立尾美寿紀の作風は幻想的ですらあります。2001年多摩美術大学大学院絵画専攻日本画領域修了。

Attempting to stoically observe the life and death of flowers, Mizuki Tachio creates her pictures by employing the translucent white texture of baby powder together with mineral colour pigments and she also makes full use of her talent for precised epiction. Her creative style can best be described as fantastic in the original sense of that word. Mizuki completed the Japanese Painting course at the Graduate School of Art and Design of Tama Art University in 2001.
